Rearview Mirrors with Built-In LCD Screens and Rear Observation Cameras

Our replacement rearview mirrors with embedded LCD screens are among Audiovox’s latest collision-avoidance innovations. Designed for easy installation over existing vehicle rearview mirrors, these mirror / monitor combos display crystal-clear video images within an LCD panel, while still retaining the mirror portion for standard rear view use. A compact CCD color camera captures the live video feed from behind.

These unobtrusive, weatherproof cameras are conveniently mounted either at the base of the back windshield or directly within the vehicle’s rear bumper to bring the blind spot into wide-angle view. Audiovox offers a number of different models, with varying feature sets and mounting options, so that drivers can build the rear-observation system that fits their needs exactly.
